Has there been a time when you wished you had the answers to life’s important questions, or assistance in making a decision, or a warm embrace of feeling comforted while in the midst of a difficult time?
In this online workshop, we will explore connecting with our Inner Wisdom (Intuition, Guides, Higher Self, etc) to receive guidance, higher awareness, and support. Anyone can connect with their Inner Wisdom, it is learning how to do so with patience, perseverance, and practice.
In a special inspirational sequence, we will enter the Higher Realm through a meditation with the Crystal Singing Bowls. Specific tones will help us to create the Inner Sanctuary where our Guide is encountered. We will strengthen the connection with meditation, visualization, journaling, and practice.
In this journey, you will delight in the process as you are welcomed with comfort and support. You will broaden your energy and expand your horizons. As your journey continues to unfold, you will learn the language of your Inner Wisdom as It speaks uniquely with you.
Deb intuitively facilitates a healing journey while holding sacred space and sending energy healing to you. She has worked with Inner Wisdom for several decades and has delighted in their voiced messages of comfort, strength, and support.
Deb is a spiritual teacher, sound energy healer, meditation instructor, mindfulness coach, and yoga specialist, who uniquely assists her clients overcome stress, anxiety, PTSD, and other life situations so that they can once again live purposeful, joy-filled lives. Deb has overcome significant life challenges aided by a variety of mind-body-spirit practices. By diligently using these tools over many decades, she found a life of contentment and equanimity. Through extensive education and life experience, she assists and inspires others to do the same.
